Kianoosh has a Bachelor of Business Administration and Master in Public Administration with the major in Financial Management. He has more than twenty five years experience working as a Director, Financial Controller, Accountant and Auditor in various industries. He is a member of IPA Australia,  AFA and Registered Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) Agent. He has more than thirteen years experience as a lecturer at different universities overseas and in Australia.

Gemma started with MJIYA in 2010 to current Public Accountant, Registered Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) Agent. She is a member of Institute of Public Accountants (IPA) one of the three professional accounting bodies here in Australia and National Tax & Accountants’ Association Ltd (NTAA).

Registered Tax Agent under the Tax Practitioners Board (TPB) from July 2010.
